1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to, and use of, the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. daxs69 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the User cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily designed and operated for players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where your use of the Platform does not violate applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. daxs69 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

2.3 Capacity & Legal Status

By creating an Account, you confirm that you are acting in your own personal capacity, are not acting as an agent or employee of another person, are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming features on daxs69, you must complete the registration form providing, at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, a username of your choosing, a secure password, and confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update that information as necessary. daxs69 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or subsequently. If you provide false information — including a false name, date of birth, or identity document — your Account may be immediately closed and funds forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify daxs69 support immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Each unique email address, phone number, payment method, device, and household is permitted one Account. Duplicate Accounts discovered during routine monitoring will be closed and associated funds suspended pending investigation.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 KYC Requirement

daxs69 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You must successfully complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed, and daxs69 reserves the right to request verification at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.2 Acceptable Documents

The following documents are accepted for identity verification:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), valid passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of address: Bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your primary ID document, with your face and the ID details both visible.
• Payment method verification: Where applicable, confirmation that the depositing payment account (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay) is owned by you.

4.3 Processing Time & Outcome

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours on business days. In complex cases or during peak periods, review may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email and SMS once verification is complete. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their Account suspended until documents are provided.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

daxs69 currently accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian players:

• Bank transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• Electronic wallets (e-wallets): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable transaction fees are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit. daxs69 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with prior notice where practicable.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported channels during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) typically reflect in your Account balance within 5–15 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours. daxs69 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party banking systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or public holidays. All deposit amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active Bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fulfilled before withdrawal of associated funds.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
4. daxs69 processes withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours from approval; final receipt time depends on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
5. daxs69 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our internal fraud detection protocols, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
6. Withdrawals to bank accounts not previously used for deposits require additional verification and approval from our compliance team.

5.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on daxs69 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). daxs69 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility and are not reimbursed by daxs69.

5.5 Fraud Prevention

daxs69 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect fraudulent deposit and withdrawal patterns, including but not limited to: chargebacks, unauthorized third-party funding, structuring of transactions to avoid verification thresholds, and abuse of promotional offers. Where fraud is suspected, daxs69 reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending investigation and to report findings to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

daxs69 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Champions League campaigns, and Indonesian cultural holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general provisions of this clause.

6.2 Eligibility & Claiming

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualification criteria for each offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. daxs69 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated funds become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and table games 5–10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bets placed using Bonus funds that exceed the maximum permitted stake per round (as stated in the promotion) will not count toward wagering requirements, and any resulting winnings may be voided.
• Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited along with any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

daxs69 prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging, arbitrage across markets) to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, daxs69 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on daxs69 are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selections — including market, odds, stake, and event — before confirming a wager. daxs69 will not reverse or amend bets due to User error after confirmation. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, daxs69's system records serve as the authoritative record of whether a bet was successfully placed.

7.2 Odds & Market Settlement

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. daxs69 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds (including palpable errors where odds are clearly incorrect) and to void or re-price affected bets. Markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting governing body or game provider. In cases of dispute, daxs69's settlement decision is final subject to the dispute resolution process described in clause 13.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game type, and player tier. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip or game interface at the time of wagering. daxs69 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion, including where betting patterns suggest match-fixing, arbitrage, or system exploitation.

7.4 Responsible Betting

All sporting markets — including football betting (bandar bola, Asian handicap/voor bola, and mix parlay accumulators), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports — must be bet on for entertainment purposes. daxs69 does not support or condone match manipulation or any form of insider betting. Accounts suspected of involvement in match-fixing will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

7.5 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games available on daxs69 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, and crash games from Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages computed over millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes within individual sessions.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on daxs69 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not authorized by daxs69.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to daxs69 support.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing daxs69 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Registering multiple Accounts or facilitating the registration of accounts for third parties.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or other competitive game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or funding the account of, any person who is excluded from the Platform or from gambling under applicable law.

9Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of daxs69 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The daxs69 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks of the operating company.

9.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without express written consent from daxs69.

9.3 Prohibited Use

You may not frame the Platform within another website, use meta tags or hidden text containing daxs69 trademarks without authorization, or use any automated data collection tools (including scrapers and crawlers) to extract content from the Platform without prior written permission.

10Privacy & Data

11Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. daxs69 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, daxs69's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Excluded Losses

In no event shall daxs69 be liable for: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if daxs69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Force Majeure

daxs69 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond daxs69's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, telecommunications failure, government action, power outages, or widespread internet outages affecting Indonesia or the hosting jurisdiction.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by daxs69

daxs69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that: you have violated these Terms; your Account activity poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending bonus obligations) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Self-exclusion closures are processed immediately and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account — whether by you or by daxs69 — your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disputes, and governing law survive termination and remain in full force.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which daxs69 is licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of Indonesia to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or modified by agreement.

13.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and daxs69, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days of receiving complete information about the complaint.

13.3 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Bet Settlement Disputes

Disputes relating to the settlement of specific bets or game outcomes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the disputed settlement date. daxs69's trading and compliance teams will review all evidence and provide a final decision within 10 business days. Bets not disputed within the 7-day window are deemed accepted and settled.

14Amendments to These Terms

daxs69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the conditions under which bonuses are awarded — daxs69 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.2.
